Whitening Agent

Whitening Agent is used to bring the whitening effect of the clothes back that is decolorized by different bleaching methods. This is widely used in textiles, detergents, paper, plastics and other sectors for attaining the brightening effect by the addition of light. This absorbs high energy radiation in the region of ultraviolet to violet and emits lower energy radiation in visible spectrum to counteract the yellowing appearance. This can be used on different types of fabrics from cotton, wool, acrylic, silk to polyesters. This is available with excellent solubility and good substantivity. In addition to this, it comes with brilliant light and wet fastness properties.
