Di Potassium Phosphate

Di Potassium Phosphate is a water-soluble salt used as a food additive, fertilizer and buffering agent. This is a prime source of potassium and phosphorus. This is developed by the stoichiometric reaction of two equivalents of potassium hydroxide with phosphoric acid. It is provided in colourless and white substance. This is commonly used as stabilizer, emulsifier as well as texturiser. It contributes to the normal muscle function.
