Optical Brightening Agent For Paper

Optical Brightener is a chemical compound that absorbs light in violet as well as ultraviolet regions. This is used for enhancing the color appearance fabric and paper to provide them with a "whitening" effect. This is commonly added to laundry detergents for making the clothes look clean and shiny. This replaces the bluing and yellowing of the cloths to produce white effect. In addition to this, it also enhances the quality of the papers such as high brightness papers.
